Where should you take Henry in your fantasy football draft?

Henry will give you reliable production because he is a workhorse. He has missed only two games his entire career and is still in his prime at 27 years old. While he is the focal point of the offense, because of the production in the passing game, it is hard to just stuff the box, especially with the addition of WR Julio Jones.

Henry has scored touchdowns in 22 of his 31 regular-season games the last two seasons and has 10 games with multiple touchdowns.

He doesn’t offer production in PPR leagues as his 19 receptions last season were a career-high.

The one risk you run is a drop in production because of his workload the last two seasons. He has had 718 total touches the last two seasons, including a league-leading 397 in 2020. Running backs only tend to have a certain number of productive touches and while he is still in his prime, there is the possibility his effectiveness begins to wane in 2021.

If you have a high first-round pick in your fantasy draft, there are better values. Late in the first or early in the second round is ideally where you should have Henry in play.
