Harvey has been getting crushed nearly every time out, and has made it through 5 IP just once in his last 11 starts. Baltimore lost eight of those games and seven of them were by more than 1 run.
The Toronto offense has the highest implied run total on the board Wednesday and should have no problem getting to Harvey. BLUE JAYS -1.5 (-130) looks like a better value than the money line. They stand a pretty strong chance of blowing this game open in the early innings.
Over/Under (O/U)
The Over is 6-2 in Ryu’s last eight starts, and 7-2-1 in the last 10 games started by Harvey. Neither has been pitching well lately, and there is likely to be plenty of offensive fireworks in Baltimore Wednesday evening.
