The recruiting dead period is officially over and that means numerous recruits will be on campus this month — which will reportedly include four-star quarterback Justyn Martin.

Martin — who is currently committed to Cal — is looking to take an unofficial visit to Michigan State this weekend, according to Jason Killop of Rivals. Martin told Killop that he “hopes to be in East Lansing” on Sunday.

Martin is ranked as the No. 12 quarterback prospect in the 2022 class by Rivals. He currently holds scholarship offers from numerous power five schools, including Michigan State, Michigan, Nebraska, USC, Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona State, Colorado, Ole Miss and Kansas.

While Martin is currently committed to Cal, it definitely seems like he is exploring all of his options. Keep an eye on his recruitment, with the Spartans still looking to add a quarterback to their 2022 class.
