The Arizona Cardinals have been active in trades involving selections in the 2021 draft. They have now made four trades in which they have given up or received draft picks for this year.
The latest is acquiring the Minnesota Vikings’ compensatory sixth-round selection in exchange for fourth-year center Mason Cole.
Previously, they dealt their fourth-round pick to the Houston Texans as part of the deal to land receiver DeAndre Hopkins. They also sent their original sixth-round pick to the New York Giants to acquire outside linebacker Markus Golden.
They gave up their third-round pick to the Las Vegas Raiders in exchange for center Rodney Hudson, although they did acquire Las Vegas’ seventh-round pick as well.
The Cardinals now have six selections. They have one each in he first, second, fifth and sixth rounds, and they have two in the seventh round.
