On Friday, new Bills wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders did the standard discussion with local media. The questions went as expected, just like his answers.
He likes Buffalo now, heck, even Josh Allen, too.
But he also slid in a harsh remark about the area’s favorite condiment: Blue cheese. The No. 1 partner for chicken wings in western New York, Sanders said he prefers ranch dressing, going as far as saying blue cheese tastes like “spoiled milk.”
However, it appears he changed his mind. Sanders took to his social media account on Twitter after his Friday presser… and he was eating some wings. Sanders said the blue cheese in Buffalo is better.

In truth, Sanders is correct. Blue cheese in the Buffalo region does have a different taste to it as opposed to the quality found elsewhere.
