Eagles and DE Brandon Graham are working on a contract extension that will help with cap space, per sources. One source said it's likely a one-year extension for the would-be 2022 free agent. Can re-arrange Graham's $17.9M cap hit and $13M salary while likely adding new money

As the Eagles work to clear salary-cap space for the new league year, Jeremey Fowler is reporting that the organization and Brandon Graham are working towards a contract extension that can provide some relief.
The Eagles would save $8,943,750 per with a restructure per OVER THE CAP, while the one-year extension that is similar to Jason Kelce’s, would save the EAgles. $9,540,000.
Graham logged 46 tackles (35 solo), eight sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery through 16 games in 2020, finally notching his first Pro Bowl nod.
The Eagles are facing a difficult salary cap situation, and the young coaching staff will need a solid veteran to lean on.
Relationships in the NFL can impact legacy’s and Graham deserves to finish his career in Philadelphia.
