The NFL informed clubs today they will be allowed in their draft rooms for the 2021 draft, provided physical distancing and proper mask wearing are followed, per source.
So, no "home draft" this year, though cameras will again be installed with each GM and head coach.

Teams can operate from their own facilities for the 2021 NFL draft, per a league memo sent to all 32 clubs (via NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, last year’s draft was executed virtually across the league, with coaches and front office executives working from their homes.
There will still be various health and safety protocols in place for this year’s event, but teams will be able to operate from their draft rooms or a third-party, off-site location with league approval.
