Jayson Tatum ‘extremely excited’ to start ASG with Bradley Beal next week

The Duke product hopes to end up on the same team as his lifelong friend.

Boston Celtics All-Star starter Jayson Tatum was the star of the show after his clutch play helped put away the Washington Wizards late despite childhood friend Bradley Beal puring in a 48-point game.

In fact, it was Tatum’s exploding for 6 points in the contest’s final moments coupled with multiple clutch defensive plays on Beal that sealed the deal for the Celtics in the end. But no ill will was to be had between the two old friends, with the Duke product even going so far as to share his excitement for having an opportunity to play with Beal in the 2021 NBA All-Star Game taking place in Atlanta Georgia on Mar. 7.
