Michigan perfectly trolled Penn State for their hilariously bad Super Bowl tweet

And they used Tom Brady to do it.

Say what you want about Michigan, but their troll game is definitely on point.

They perfectly trolled Big Ten rival Penn State after they tweeted an awful graphic about how every Super Bowl has included a Penn State alum…except for five since 1967.

Honestly, that’s a pretty impressive accomplishment! That’s not what makes the tweet ridiculous. It’s the hilarious fine print at the bottom that delivers the caveat of “except 1967” that make this tweet so wild.

Honestly. This thing immediately feels like one of those commercials where they say whatever they’re selling you can do anything…except for the things it can’t. Which are included here in the fine print.

It’s ridiculous. And it deserved to be trolled. So Michigan pulled off a pretty great one. They said that notable Michigan alum Tom Brady has played in every Super Bowl…except the 45 he hasn’t.

GOLD. Just golden. What a perfect troll. Of course, Michigan wasn’t the only school to get in on this. Ole Miss did, too.

UMBC actually had a pretty fantastic one about playing in or watching every Super Bowl ever. You know, since they don’t have an actual football team.
