The Ohio State basketball team kept with its winning ways on Sunday, beating a Michigan State team still trying to get its legs back after taking a two-week pause because of a COVID-19 outbreak.
Still, the Spartans have plenty of talent and played with much more purpose and intensity in the game, providing a challenge to the Buckeyes’ efforts to win six of their last seven and three in a row. At the end of the day though, it was too much scarlet and gray on the offensive end to expect an uncharacteristically mediocre Spartan ball club to pull off the upset.
Head coach Chris Holmann met with the media afterward to discuss what he saw from his team, and in case you missed any of his comments, we’ve got them for you here.
Watch and listen below as Holtmann discuss how much respect he has for Michigan State, the improvement of his team, and what some members of the team mean for the holistic good of this ball club.
