Ohio State started out white-hot, then got some significant and severe pushback from Penn State Wednesday night. It looked for all the world that the Nittany Lions were going to knock off No. 13 Ohio State in the Schott but the Buckeyes found a way to get up off the deck and squeak out a hard-fought 83-79 win.
As proud as head coach Chris Holtmann had to be with his team after a big win on the road at Wisconsin, there had to be an equally proud feeling for finding a way to win a game that had a lot of things going against it.
Holtmann, Justice Sueing, and E.J. Liddell met with the media after the close shave vs. Penn State and touched on that, the pressure Penn State put on them, sticking together and more. Watch and listen to all of their comments below.
Ohio State will next be in action against Michigan State at home on Sunday.
