The Boston Celtics took care of business against the Orlando Magic 124 – 97 at home in their first game back from a COVID-19-forced hiatus, and two way big man Tacko Fall nearly brought down the house late in the fourth as one of its highlights.
With just under a minute to play in the fourth quarter, the Senegalese center found himself open at the 3-point line, and decided to pull the trigger on the jumper. Though it would ultimately be ruled a 2-pointer, the near-trey sent the Celtics bench practically lost its mind when he stuck the jumper — as likely did assistant coach Jay Larranaga, according to head coach Brad Stevens after the game.

“I’m sure Jay has rewound Tacko’s jump shot 50 times with great joy,” said the Celtics coach. Even more interestingly, Fall followed it up with a dribble-drive to the cup for a thunderous flush just a few seconds later.
