Nets vs. Wizards: 3 things we learned from Brooklyn’s big win over Utah

The Brooklyn Nets, once again, found a way to surprise everyone, blowing out the Utah Jazz at Barclays Center on Tuesday.

The Brooklyn Nets not only entered Tuesday’s game at an extreme disadvantage because Kevin Durant was sidelined as he serves out his quarantine, Steve Nash also elected to reconfigure the starting five against the Jazz, lining up Jeff Green, Taurean Prince, Bruce Brown and Jarrett Allen alongside Kyrie Irving.

But it turns out a little lineup change was exactly what the Nets needed, because Brooklyn jumped out to a huge 35-14 lead in the first quarter and never looked back, blowing the Jazz out of Barclays Center to the tune of 130-96.
