Former Wisconsin linebacker Jack Cichy has struggled to stay healthy during the first couple years of his NFL career, combining to play in only 15 games since he was drafted in 2018.
He hasn’t moved around much, though, as until this year the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had held him on their injured reserve and waited for him to get healthy and be able to contribute.

The first time we saw the former Badger linebacker a subject of an NFL transfer release was back on December 3, 2020 when the New England Patriots claimed him off waivers and placed him on the practice squad.
Yesterday, Cichy was the subject yet again when the Buccaneers brought him back from the Patriots’ practice squad and added him to their active roster.

The former Badger is healthy and will now get a shot at aiding the Bucs in their first playoff run since 2007.
