With several games with playoff implications happening in Week 17, the NFL has announced schedule changes for the final week of the 2020 regular season.
The Chicago Bears are just one win — or one Arizona Cardinals loss — away from clinching a playoff spot. But the red-hot Green Bay Packers are standing in their way.
Chicago and Green Bay were set to kickoff at noon CT next Sunday. But with the playoff implications of Bears vs. Packers and Cardinals vs. Rams, both games will now kickoff at 3:25 p.m. CT.

There are several scenarios that would result in Chicago locking up a postseason berth, which starts with the Bears simply winning their final game. But nothing has been easy for this team this season, especially when it’s the hated Packers coming to town.
Chicago could also clinch a playoff spot with a Cardinals loss to the Rams in Week 17, which should be interesting considering Los Angeles quarterback Jared Goff suffered what’s feared to be a broken right thumb.
The Bears could even clinch as high as the No. 6 seed in the NFC with a win over the Packers and a Cardinals win over the Rams, eliminating Los Angeles from playoff contention.
