The Tennessee Titans will host the Detroit Lions at Nissan Stadium in Week 15 for the first matchup between these two franchises since 2016.
Tennessee enters this game with a 9-4 record and is sitting atop the AFC South thanks to a tiebreaker over the Indianapolis Colts.
A win on Sunday will ensure the Titans remain in first place, but a loss and a Colts win would knock Tennessee off its perch for now. Last week, the Titans notched a 31-10 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, which was the team’s third victory in its last four contests.
Meanwhile, the Lions are in a much different boat. At 5-8, Detroit is sitting in the cellar of the NFC North and is headed for another season without playoff football.
The Lions have lost three of their last four games, including the Week 14 contest against the Green Bay Packers, a team that has already clinched the division.
Let’s take a look at more things to know for this Week 15 tilt.
