It seems to be a recurring them these days with the Texas Longhorns, another player on the defensive side of the ball has chosen to skip the bowl game and declare for the NFL Draft.
Ta’Quon Graham recently accepted his invitation to participate in the Senior Bowl, giving the indication that he would be heading to the NFL in all likeliness. That speculation ended on Saturday.
The senior defensive tackle has opted out of the upcoming bowl game and declared for the NFL Draft. He joins Caden Sterns and Chris Brown as the other two defensive players to set their sites on the next level. Samuel Cosmi being the lone offensive player at this point. Graham announced his decision on twitter.

With the regular season officially over, I feel it’s time to say my goodbyes and start to prepare for the Senior Bowl and the NFL Combine as the next steps in fulfilling my dream of playing in the NFL. I want to thank the University of Texas faithful, my teammates, my coaches, the football staff, my friends and my supportive and loving family. I will always hold my hand high, extending my index and pinky fingers to form the most recognizable college symbol in the world. Being a Longhorn is what football in the state of Texas is all about and wearing burnt orange is a true privelage. I will always remember my time here and will miss you all.
