It has been a busy week in real estate for Tom Brady and his family.
First, the family had trouble at their Massachusetts mansion when a homeless person broke into their home and was arrested.
Then on Wednesday, the New York Post reported the Bradys sold their Tribeca home for a cool $40 million.

The five-bedroom, 5 1⁄2-bath residence they are selling comes with a massive 1,900-square-foot terrace.
“They are in contract to sell and the deal is expected to close soon,” a source told the paper, which added the buyer is a New York and Connecticut-based financier.
The place, which is on the 12th floor, you know like Brady’s jersey number cost them $25.45 million in 2018.
At the time of the purchase, the New York Post reported: The power couple was attracted to the building because of its privacy, sources said, as residents can enter by driving into a covered porte-cochère entrance. The 14-story building also features an 82-foot lap pool, studios for cycling, yoga, and pilates, plus a squash court, a sauna, and a steam room.
That is one tidy profit for the Bradys, who still have a smaller unit in the building, according to the report.
“Tom and Gisele still love New York but they are downsizing because they are spending so much time in Tampa,” the inside source said.
