No. 11 Oklahoma won a low-scoring slugfest Saturday night against Baylor to earn their sixth straight win and go to 7-2 on the season.
Defensively, this one of the better Sooner performances in recent memory as they flat dominated the Bears’ offense. They limited the run, got pressure on the quarterback and even forced a turnover.
It isn’t something that has been able to be said much about Oklahoma football in recent years, but you can definitely say the defense carried the day in this game for Lincoln Riley and company.
