The Philadelphia Eagles, in need of extra depth at the running back position, have elevated a former Georgia Bulldog to the active roster.
Elijah Holyfield, who spent the 2019 season on the Panthers’ practice squad, has been pulled up from the Eagles’ practice squad. Holyfield was signed to the Eagles’ active roster ahead of the Wild Card matchup with the Seahawks last year but was inactive.
On Sunday, Holyfield will make his NFL debut against Nick Chubb and the Browns.
