Seahawks sign running back Bo Scarbrough to practice squad

The Seattle Seahawks have signed running back Bo Scarbrough to the practice squad ahead of the Week-10 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.

The Seattle Seahawks announced a couple of roster moves Wednesday afternoon to start the work week preparing to face off against the Los Angeles Rams.

Due to injuries that have hindered starter Chris Carson and backup Carlos Hyde, for the second week in a row, Seattle has added a running back to the practice squad. First it was former Seattle running back Alex Collins, this time, the Seahawks have signed former teammate, Bo Scarbrough.

Scarbrough was originally selected by the Cowboys in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL draft but ended the year with the Seahawks. Last season he started five of six games played for the Lions, logging 89 carries for 377 yards and one touchdown.

Scarbrough will take the practice squad roster spot of defensive back DeMarkus Acy, who was just released this week.

Finally, the Seahawks have also designated cornerback Neiko Thorpe to return to practice. Thorpe was placed on the injured reserve in October due to a hip injury.
