The Carolina Panthers are on a four-game losing streak heading into Week 10 of the 2020 NFL season. The month’s worth of losses has dropped them into last place in the NFC South standings. However, it’s improved their draft position a lot. The team is now slotted for another top-10 draft pick.
Here is the updated 2021 NFL draft order following Week 9’s games, per Tankathon.
1. New York Jets (0-9)
2. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-7)
3. Dallas Cowboys (2-7)
4. New York Giants (2-7)
5. Washington Football Team (2-6)
6. Los Angeles Chargers (2-6)
7. Miami Dolphins (via 2-6 Houston Texans)

— Playoff teams —

21. Miami Dolphins (5-3)
22. Jacksonville Jaguars (via 5-3 LA Rams)
23. Las Vegas Raiders (5-3)
24. Tennessee Titans (6-2)
25. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-3)
26. New York Jets (via 6-2 Seattle Seahawks)

Carolina fans probably shouldn’t get too comfortable with the idea of a top-10 pick, though. This week’s opponent (Tampa) is another tough one, but after that the schedule gets a whole lot easier. After the Bucs, the Panthers play the Vikings, Lions and Broncos, all 3-5 squads that should be beatable.
