The football game between the Florida Gators and LSU Tigers has been pushed back to 4 p.m. EDT, according to the Gators’ official Twitter account.
The match was previously scheduled for 3:30 p.m. EDT on Saturday, Oct. 17, but has been changed for reasons that have not yet been made clear.
LSU comes into the game unranked with a 1-2 record after winning the college football National Championship last season behind Joe Burrow’s Heisman Trophy-winning campaign. Florida enters The Swamp ranked ninth in the nation after a stunning upset loss to the Texas A&M Aggies last weekend in College Station.
All three of Florida’s previous games kicked off at noon, so this one represents their first game played later on in the day thus far as the Gators continue the Southeastern Conference’s 10-game, league-only schedule.
