Washington QB Dwayne Haskins has a stomach virus and has been throwing up the past couple days, per source. He planned to be on the sideline today, but the team sent him home (as @KimJonesSports reported).

Washington’s now third-string quarterback was likely going to be listed as inactive on Sunday when his team played the Los Angeles Rams, meaning he would be on the sidelines in street clothes, but now he is being asked to avoid the game entirely after reportedly falling ill with a stomach virus that has had him throwing up for the past couple of days.
According to The Washington Post’s Nicki Jhabvala, there is no reason to believe that the illness is COVID-19 related, but the team is still taking precautions and asking Haskins to watch from home. Washington’s Kyle Allen will get his first start of the season when Washington kicks off against the Rams on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
