Four days ago the Houston Texans fired Head Coach and General Manager Bill O’Brien after an 0-4 start to the season.
O’Brien had been with the team since 2014 though was on thin ice after several questionable personnel decisions, one of which was trading star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins for running back David Johnson and a second round pick.

Soon after the firing star defensive end and former Badger J.J. Watt took to Twitter and posted what many saw as a cryptic tweet about the news.

As our friends at ForTheWin so aptly pointed out: “The tweet could have been Watt showing that NRG Stadium’s roof actually works (it hasn’t been open for a game in nearly six years). Or … it could have been something far more complex.”
They then went through and found some fan interpretations of Watt’s message:

Oh, and this isn’t the end of the Watt-O’Brien story, as after the firing reports surfaced that there was a heated exchange at practice between the two heading into the Texans’ Week 3 loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
J.J. Watt on argument with Bill O'Brien: 'I don't know, I'm not going to talk about what happened at practice and what conversations were had. Right now, we have a fresh start'

It seems like Watt wanted a fresh start with a new coach after struggling to find playoff success through his first ten years in the league.
Well, he got it, and now will play for Romeo Crennel for at least the end of this season.
