Golden State Warriors forward Eric Paschall called President Donald Trump a “bozo” Tuesday night on social media during the first general election debate versus Democratic rival Joe Biden.
The two presidential candidates sounded off on a variety of issues during the debate, which turned chaotic at times with each interrupting the other at various points. Biden, during one moment, asked Trump, “Will you shut up, man?”
Paschall, like hundreds of thousands of other citizens, took to social media to weigh in on the debate and proceeded to take a shot at Trump. The NBA All-Rookie First Team honoree has often spoken out against social issues and voiced his displeasure with Trump during the debate.
Trump look like an Oompa Loompa! He a bozo!

Perhaps the most significant moment of the debate came when Trump was asked by moderator Chris Wallace if he condemned white supremacy in the United States. Trump responded by saying he would but requested to know which group, specifically.
“I’m willing to do that, but I would say almost everything I see is from the left-wing, not from the right-wing,” Trump said. “Proud Boys, stand back and stand by. But I’ll tell you what, somebody has to do something about Antifa and the left because this is not a right-wing problem, this is a left-wing problem.”
The comments made by Trump garnered a strong reaction on social media with Paschall and his Warriors teammate, Stephen Curry, among those that were angered that the president would not directly condemn white supremacy and militia groups.

Paschall also urged his followers on Twitter to get out and vote during the 2020 general election, a social cause much of the NBA and its players have promoted in recent weeks.
