Yesterday brought awful news when word of the death of California University of Pennsylvania football player Jamain Stephens to complications from COVID-19 was announced.
Before playing football at California (Pennsylvania), Stephens starred at Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh where he was teammates with current Notre Dame defensive tackle Kurt Hinish.
Hinish took to Twitter on Tuesday night to remember his friend and former teammate.
My brother for life, can’t believe you’re gone. Words can’t describe what you meant to me. You’re in a better place now❤️ pic.twitter.com/5qOvuhLERa
