Michigan State Football lost a great player when wide receiver Cody White decided to bet on himself and head to the NFL after his junior season. While that decision didn’t pay off on draft day, it looks like the former Spartan has found a new home as the Denver Broncos announced on Sunday that they have signed Cody White.

White took the leap to the NFL after a very productive junior season where he caught 66 passes for 922 yards and 6 touchdowns and was one of the standouts in a struggling offense.

Cody White isn’t the first undrafted Michigan State wide receiver to end up on the Broncos in recent memory. Bennie Fowler was also signed by the Broncos as an undrafted free agent and managed to parlay that signing into a long career.
