After sitting out Tuesday’s game against the Sacramento Kings, the trio of Jrue Holiday, Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson will sit out the final game of the season for New Orleans on Thursday against Orlando, the Pelicans announced on Wednesday.

The trio represents the top three players for the Pelicans as they average a combined 65.4 points per game. Without the trio on Tuesday, the Pelicans lost to Sacramento on Tuesday in a contest that heavily featured the typically underutilized players on New Orleans roster.

Williamson’s season will come to a close after 24 games in which he averaged 22.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and shot 58.3% from the field. He finishes his brief campaign with the best net rating on the team at +5.1.

Ingram and Holiday played 62 and 61 games, respectively, and were the constant sources of offense for the Pelicans. The former earned an All-Star berth and was named a finalist for Most Improved Player. The latter continued his long-running career of consistency with the Pelicans.

Josh Hart, who was apart of a makeshift starting lineup for the Pelicans on Tuesday, is listed as questionable as well on the injury report. JJ Redick and Derrick Favors, neither of which played on Tuesday, were listed on the injury report.
