Darius Slay is loving life in Philadelphia so far and during a zoom call on Monday, the Eagles franchise cornerback talked about embracing a new culture and coach Doug Pederson treating his players “like grown men.”
Darius Slay quickly taking to his new teammates/workplace, said he likes how with the Eagles they're treated "like grown men" and have the "ability to be yourself."

The statement was an obvious shot at Lions head coach Matt Patricia who constantly bumped heads with the star cornerback, with the crux of their debates centering on Slay wanting to be treated like a grown man.
It appears that Doug Pederson is doing that and it’s one of the many reasons that the Eagles head coach is one of the top communicators in the business.
