Have yourself a day, Caris LeVert.

The former Wolverine is cementing himself as a star in the NBA, and for the second game in a row, he led the Brooklyn Nets in scoring. But in Sunday’s contest over Washington, this time he helped bring home a win.

On Friday against the Orlando Magic, LeVert put up 17 points in a loss, but he doubled that against the Wizards, netting 34 points to lead all scorers from either team, going 11-of-25 from the floor, 2-of-6 from three with an additional 7 rebounds and 3 assists in 39 minutes of play.

Like we said — he’s becoming a star in the league.

He’ll certainly have his work cut out for him on Tuesday, when the Nets take on the Milwaukee Bucks, currently the best team in all of basketball.

LeVert isn’t the first Wolverine to go off in the NBA restart. Former point guard Trey Burke scores a season high coming off the bench in his first game with the Dallas Mavericks, scoring 31 points and going 8-of-10 from deep.
