The 2020 NBA Draft Early Entry Withdrawal Deadline of Aug. 3 is almost here. As a result, Andy Katz of NCAA.com sat down to rank the significance of Big Ten player’s decisions to return to college. Two Spartans were ranked within the top-6 most important decisions and this includes Aaron Henry & Xavier Tillman.
Andy Katz ranked Aaron Henry as the No. 6 most significant decision and Xavier Tillman as the No. 3 most significant decisions.
Watch Andy Katz rank these decisions along with an explanation below:
Marcus Carr, Kofi Cockburn, Ayo Dosunmu, Luka Garza, Aaron Henry and Xavier Tillman are still undecided about returning to college. 🤔

Alright, let’s talk about this ranking here. Aaron Henry at No. 6 is a very fair ranking. Why? Michigan State has a lot of talent at the Wing spot thanks to Gabe Brown & Joey Hauser. Aaron Henry returning to MSU is like icing on a cake for the Spartan’s Wing rotation.
Now, I cannot really get on board with Ayo Dosunmu ranking ahead of Xavier Tillman. The return of Xavier Tillman puts Michigan State over the top in my opinion. They will have a returning Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year to help lead a group of young and talented players. You cannot overrate the importance of defensive anchor.
