Chase Young is going to cause problems in the NFL. At 6-foot-5, the star defensive end was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2020 draft and was widely considered the best overall prospect.
Young’s mix of pure athletic ability and strength helped make the 2019 season one for the record books. He set the record for most sacks in a single season by a Buckeye despite being suspended two games.
Young was phenomenal all season and certainly deserved being such a high pick.
That said, what makes most think he’ll have another level to his game at the NFL level is his insane athletic ability. A video released by B/R Gridiron originally from l0st_files/IG shows exactly why Young will be so dominant.
Chase Young is 264 pounds 😳

That is just insane.
Young is hurdling those like they’re nothing and continues right into a sprint. Just imagine him hurdling the defensive line rushing towards an opposing kicker. That’s a scary sight.
Primed to be one of the best rushers in the league, expect big things from Young right out of the gate.
