In his latest 2021 NFL mock draft for Draft Wire, Luke Easterling has the Denver Broncos selecting Alabama inside linebacker Dylan Moses with the 11th overall pick in the first round. Easterling used the latest Super Bowl odds to determine the draft order.
This marks a change from Easterling’s previous mock draft, which had Denver selecting Ohio State cornerback Shaun Wade.
Moses (6-3, 235 pounds) totaled 45 tackles — including 10 tackles for losses — and 3.5 sacks as a sophomore in 2018. He missed last season while recovering from a knee injury but should be healthy for the 2020 season.
After opting not to use an early pick on an inside linebacker in the last two drafts, the Broncos would be wise to look for a Todd Davis replacement in 2021. Moses would be a great prospect to team up with Alexander Johnson in the middle of Denver’s 3-4 defense.
Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence is selected first overall by the Washington Redskins in the mock draft. To view the complete mock, click here.
