Josh on Diggs

Within the past few weeks, Allen and a bunch of members of the Bills offense got together in Miami to run routes and workout together. Video was posted all over and it was the first time that Allen tossed passes to his new No. 1 wide receiver in Stefon Diggs. Reflecting on their first meeting, Allen only had positive things to say about that first meeting. Specifically, Allen raved about the teammate that Diggs appears to be.

“It was great. I obviously was an anxious as anybody to meet Stef.,” Allen said. “This man loves to work. He loves to get on the field, run routes and talk to the guys.”

“It was very, very awesome to see just the amount of detail he puts into his craft,” Allen added. “He wasn’t there for himself, he was there for the betterment of the team.”

Allen mentioned he believes that Diggs somehow had an unwarranted “bad rap” as a teammate previously with the Vikings. Aside from tossing the ball to him, the QB said him and his receiver have been linking up playing video games this offseason, too. The game of choice has been Call of Duty: Warzone.
