WATCH: Miami sports anchor remakes song with Tua Tagovailoa themed lyrics

Local Miami sports anchor made a video along with a new song to celebrate the arrival of former Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa to Miami.

Clay Ferraro, a local Miami sports anchor for Channel 10 WPLG, seems to be pretty excited about the Dolphins drafting former Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

So excited, in fact, that he remixed the Miami Dolphins fight song that’s sung in Hard Rock Stadium.

The song was originally written by Lee Ofman in 1972 as the Dolphins were en route to have the first, and only, undefeated season in NFL history.

For over 40 years this song has been sung by Dolphins fans across the country:

Ferraro made a video of his own along with new lyrics, presumably sung by him. He captioned it “I may regret this later.”

The song is catchy, but I don’t think it will overtake the original fight song. Though some Alabama fans ay wants this broadcasted over the loudspeakers of Bryant-Denny Stadium!
