The Tampa Bay Buccaneers dropped their jerseys today and they look absolutely fine! They’re not ugly — in fact, they might even be considered quite good. Better than almost everything they’ve worn over the last decade or so.
Tom Brady is going to look pretty good playing in these uniforms next year. They come in white and red as their home and away colors and use black as an alternate.
You almost cannot go wrong with this as the color scheme. They work on just about anything. Shoes, cars, clothes, whatever. Just name a thing and put it in this color scheme. There’s a 70% chance it looks fine.
It’s just extremely safe.

Now, given the Buccaneers’ history of absolutely terrible, awful, dreadful very ugly uniforms, you can’t really blame them for going the safe route. But can we be real for a second? The Bucs made a mistake. They should’ve brought the creamsicle joints back. We all know it.
Of course, this jersey has been hated on since it dropped in the 70’s. You know, back when people were still wearing, like, bell bottom jeans and polka dot laden shirts. And we were, for whatever reason, silly enough to listen to those people.
But, honestly, people hated these jerseys mostly because the Buccaneers were atrocious. And that’s totally fair. But that’s in the past now! We’ve moved forward. It’s 2020. If we brought the 90’s back, we can bring the creamsicle back.
Twitter totally agrees with me. Tom Brady absolutely belongs in a creamsicle jersey and it is a tragedy that he won’t be.
Sorry @Buccaneers but you can't improve on perfection. pic.twitter.com/98YAAvuZLX

If the Bucs didn’t realize they would have sold a billion Tom Brady creamsicle jerseys they’re doing something wrong

So no Tom Brady creamsicle jersey https://t.co/fL6R3UioO2

Much better. Still need the classic Orange throwbacks though https://t.co/iIEgqBqewH

Need the Brady jersey in throwback creamsicle 😤

They would’ve sold a billion Tom Brady creamsicle jerseys. Hopefully they bring it back at some point if the NFL changes the helmet rule

How dense do the #Bucs have to be to reveal 'new uniforms' and not bring back the creamsicle?
Do you know how many creamsicle Brady 12 jerseys they would have sold? 91023947192374 at least.

No idea if there’s a way to rectify this mistake now that they’ve made the reveal, but if there is? Bucs, you’d better get on it. Give the people what they want.
