The Philadelphia Eagles are set to embark on a retool of their roster and wide receiver will be a key position of need as the NFL draft nears.
The Eagles have been linked to all the top names in the draft but it appears a fast-rising stud from Baylor could be the preferred player of choice if the Birds choose to stay in the 20s.
During a recent sitdown with Matt Mosley of ESPN 1660, Mims talked about the predraft process and named the Eagles as one of the franchises that have shown him the most interest.
Denzel Mims told @mattmosley the NFL teams he has talked to most are the Eagles, Bills, Bears Colts, Jets, Cowboys, Rams and Titans.

A Texas native, Mims has the size, speed, and range for a wide receiver and will only get better as he progresses as a pro.

Mims creates instant separation with great hands, something that was missing out of the Eagles receivers last season.

Mims makes contested catches and does a good job of tracking the ball.
