Former Alabama running back Derrick Henry isn’t letting anything stop him from putting in hard work in the off-season.
Even though the gym is closed because of the coronavirus, the Titans’ star didn’t make any excuses about not getting a workout in. He took matter in his own hands and made an outside gym in a parking lot. All he needed was a slam ball and a rower.
Check out his workout:

On Monday, the Tennessee Titans placed a franchise tag on Derrick Henry. On Tuesday, the details of the tag were released. Henry’s 2020 salary will be $10.278 million.
Henry led the NFL with a career-best 1,540 rushing yards on 303 carries, and also was the only running back in the NFL to average more than 100 rushing yards per game last season.
He also had 446 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns on 83 carries during the playoffs.
And that’s not all. Henry is ranked third in NFL history averaging 126 yards rushing in the postseason.
After all of the off-season workouts we’ve seen Henry been doing, this upcoming season may be Henry’s best yet.
