After 20 seasons in New England, Tom Brady is looking for a new home. The six-time Super Bowl champion announced on Tuesday morning that his “football journey will take place elsewhere,” and thanked the Patriots organization and fans. Brady will become an unrestricted free agent on Wednesday, and for the first time since 2001, the Patriots will enter the season with a new No. 1 quarterback.
According to Ian Rapoport, both the Buccaneers and Chargers have made “strong offers” to Brady – and the 42-year-old may not have any other realistic options.
Players, analysts and fans all took to social media to pay tribute to Brady after an unparalleled run with the Patriots, and predict where he may land next.
I don’t like Tom Brady leaving. It’s gives me Joe Montana Vibes. It can only be right to me if he goes to San Fran. That would be dope!

The Patriots have a question at QB for the first time since 1993

Tom Brady doesn’t owe anyone anything. This 20 year run was as magical as it was unexpected. The Pats were the laughingstock of the NFL for years. 6 Super Bowl titles now.
But man am I heartbroken over this one. Didn’t want it to end like this.

Tom Brady set the standard for Boston sports his entire career. A champion and incredible human being with a relentless drive to improve. I don’t know when this will set in, but I’ll never not love Brady for the person he is and will continue to be.
Thank you for everything, 12. pic.twitter.com/ODmj7meSG6
