  • 2019 Second Team All-American

On a personal note, Cassius Winston was the greatest Michigan State basketball player I have ever seen. His passing, at times, was otherworldly. He is one of the best shooters in school history. His ability to get, or create, a basket for either himself or a teammate when it was needed was, at times, awe-inspiring. It’s disappointing that his career ended before he could make one final run at the NCAA Championship, but his career was as far from a disappointment as you can find.
