Daniel Jeremiah post-combine mock draft has Raiders going with WR Jerry Jeudy

The frenzy of mock drafts following last week’s scouting combine has begun. Mike Mayock’s heir apparent with NFL Network, Daniel Jeremiah, has released his version after having a front-row seat for all the action.

At No. 12, he sticks with a popular pick for the Raiders; Alabama wide receiver, Jerry Jeudy.

In Jeremiah’s mock, the Raiders take Jeudy as the first wide receiver off the board. CeeDee Lamb comes off the board five picks later to the Dolphins and Henry Ruggs III the pick after that to the Cowboys. He is assuming Amari Cooper will leave as a free agent.

Also coming off the board after No. 12, but before the Raiders pick again at 19 is linebacker Kenneth Murray. He goes to the Broncos at No. 15.

After going WR with their first pick, and both the top linebackers gone, Jeremiah has the Raiders addressing the cornerback spot with AJ Terrell. He is going with the Clemson connection.

Mike Mayock loves Clemson products, and Terrell is a long, athletic player who would fit beautifully with his former teammate, 2019 second-round pick Trayvon Mullen.

Some might have thought the Raiders would still be thinking linebacker even with Murray gone. That would mean they go after Patrick Queen. The LSU linebacker goes to Jacksonville with the next pick.
