It’s been a few months since Avengers: Endgame ended the first phase of the MCU, but the second wave is already underway. Even though the new Marvel shows aren’t slated to debut until later this year, Disney released a new teaser trailer for their three highly anticipated shows, “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier,” “WandaVision,” and “Loki” during Super Bowl 54.
The quick, 30-second spot offers few clues about the plot line of all three shows, but there’s more than enough to freak out over.
So, let’s break it down with screen caps!
First off, we have Sam Wilson, aka the new Captain America, trying his hand at throwing the shield.

Honestly, this is a heck of a few seconds. In the wake of Steve Rogers’ decision to stay back in time, the mantel falls to Sam Wilson to be the new Captain America, and it looks like Sam’s more than up to the task.
Next, there are brief flashes of Wanda and Vision, which Disney says promises to have the duo jump through time. The trailer shows a few, fun flashes of Elizabeth Olsen in different time period costumes, as well asVision dressed in a very ’50s cardigan.
Possibly the most exciting news to come out of the Disney+ trailer is that the Winter Solider, aka Bucky Barnes, has a new hair cut? In a quick snippet that could be a dream sequence, Bucky appears to be shooting Zemo.
After that, it looks like Steve’s two best friends are hanging out.
The final shot of the trailer features a menacing looking Loki, in handcuffs, ready to cause more mischief.
Honestly, it’s just exciting some of our old friends again. Right now, “The Falcon and The Winter Solider” is slated to debut August 2020, but no firm release dates have been announced for either “WandaVision” or “Loki.”
