One of the top wide receivers in college football is leaving school early to jump to the pro ranks.
Clemson’s Tee Higgins is foregoing his remaining eligibility and will declare for the 2020 NFL draft. He announced his intentions via social media Wednesday.
A dynamic pass-catcher with a rare combination of size, length, athleticism and body control, Higgins is widely considered to be one of the top receiver prospects in this year’s draft class. He should be a first-round pick come April, and has the skill set to quickly become a top target for any NFL team.
