Steven Ruiz: Ravens over Packers (+1000)

Two things I was looking for when making my pick: A matchup that included the Ravens winning — as they are the best team — and the best bang for my buck among the NFC teams. Well, I’m out on the Seahawks because they’ve been overachieving all season and a trip to Lambeau in January rarely ends well for the visitors. And I have no idea who is coming out of that 49ers-Vikings game. I’m pretty confident in Green Bay, so, I am positive they’ll at least be playing for a spot in the Super Bowl. And if the Vikings prevail, they’d have to go to Green Bay and beat a team that already swept them in the regular season. My backup pick would be Ravens over 49ers.

Charles Curtis: Chiefs over Packers (+1600)

I keep coming back to Green Bay as the NFC’s representative – what if the pass rush gets to Russell Wilson and then, perhaps, Jimmy Garappolo? And what if the Packers have to lean on Aaron Rodgers more to win games? I’d rather back him than Jimmy G. And while the Ravens are indeed the favorites and should be, I’m happy to put a bet on Patrick Mahomes finding a way to out-duel him, especially with those odds.

Nick Schwartz: Packers over Chiefs (+2500)

I don’t trust the Seahawks to win multiple close games in the playoffs, and the best quarterback remaining in the NFC after Russell Wilson is Aaron Rodgers, so we’re putting the Packers in the Super Bowl. Like Charles, I also feel comfortable betting on Patrick Mahomes to go wild and light up the scoreboard – but in a Chiefs-Packers matchup, I’m going to take that somewhat inexplicable extra +900 of value by picking the Packers to win Super Bowl LIV. Will it happen? Probably not! But you’re not getting great value betting on the clear favorite (Baltimore) anyway, especially given how unpredictable the NFC is.

Michelle Martinelli: Packers over Chiefs (+2500)

Aaron Rodgers has said Danica Patrick’s ultra-healthy cooking has helped improve his diet and reduce his cheat days. That’s a recipe for a Super Bowl win no doubt.
