The likelihood of Josh McDaniels departing from the New England Patriots continues to increase.
McDaniels will begin to conduct head-coaching interviews with the Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers and New York Giants on Friday, Jan, 10., according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The Patriots will face the Tennessee Titans on Saturday in the wild-card round of the playoffs and McDaniels told reporters that he’s only focused on the game. The Patriots gave him permission to interview for the three head-coaching positions on Wednesday.

He’s one of the top head coaching candidates entering the 2020 season and the Cleveland, Carolina openings are two of the most appealing positions.
Patriots special teams coordinator/wide receivers coach Joe Judge was also granted permission to interview with the Giants.
