Sixers rookie Matisse Thybulle leaves game with rolled right ankle

Philadelphia 76ers rookie Matisse Thybulle left their game with the Cleveland Cavaliers with a rolled ankle.

The Philadelphia 76ers are absolutely rolling the Cleveland Cavaliers as they have built a lead of over 40 points as they continue their bounce back from Thursday’s disheartening loss to the Washington Wizards. However, there is one minor setback for them as they continue to romp their way to a win.

Sixers rookie Matisse Thybulle rolled his ankle in the first half and the team announced in the third quarter that he will not return to the game. Thybulle went scoreless in his eight minutes of action and he missed the two shot attempts he had on the night, both from deep.

It’s a smart move to hold him out as the Sixers are up by a large amount and they don’t need to risk any further injury. They currently lead the Cavs 101-57 led by a career-high 34 points from Ben Simmons and a “get right” game for Mike Scott who has 21 points in a start so far. [lawrence-related id=20809,20799,20784]
