Could the Bills dip into the XFL?

Hey Sean, could you find depth players in the XFL?

“Absolutely. We look everywhere to help improve our football team,” McDermott said. “Whether it’s the XFL or any league for that matter.”

“It’s doing our due diligence to broaden our scope to see what’s out there,” McDermott added.

The Bills have a couple of former players standing out there. Cam Phillips, potentially the league’s best wideout, is going to land on an NFL roster. He previously didn’t make the Bills, but Buffalo’s front office with McDermott has previously said they try to treat players with respect, so perhaps the Bills could bring a guy like Phillips back into the fold. He does have a massive seven touchdowns in three XFL games after all….

Plus, there’s just guys Buffalo has no relation to. New faces? That’s possibility as well.
