2. Breshad Perriman
The son of a former NFL star and more affordable free agent option, the (6-2, 215) Perriman finally broke out of his bust label after being a first-round pick. Playing for an injury-ravaged Buccaneers team, Perriman had his best NFL season, catching 36 passes for 645 yards (17.9) and six touchdowns after bouncing around on three different teams over the past few years.
A home run threat, Perriman was drafted by the Ravens in 2016 when Eagles VP of player personnel Andy Weidl was a regional scout with Baltimore.
