Five-star wide receiver recruit Ryan Wingo will announce his commitment on Oct. 25. Wingo will decide among Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, Miami, Texas A&M and Missouri.
Wingo plays high school football for St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. The talented wide receiver is expected to stay home and commit to the Missouri Tigers, per 247Sports.
Georgia was once the favorite to land Ryan Wingo, but that has changed. Missouri’s hot start to the 2023 season paired with Luther Burden’s outstanding year give the Tigers a very strong pitch for Wingo.
The 6-foot-2, 205-pound wide receiver played both offense and defense for St. Louis University last season. Wingo is ranked as the No. 22 recruit in the nation, the No. 7 wide receiver and the second-ranked recruit in Missouri.
Kirby Smart and Georgia football have the No. 1 recruiting class in the 2024 recruiting cycle. The Bulldogs are looking to add another wide receiver commitment after four-star wide receiver Ny Carr decommitted from Georgia.
